Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your transformation, but if your costume doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all accessories to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Pack the Costume

  Carefully place the costume and all included accessories back into the original packaging to ensure items are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through the portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop the package at any authorized carrier location; once we inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
