How do I ensure I choose the right size for my costume?
Since costume sizing can differ from standard retail apparel, we provide a detailed size chart on every product page. We recommend measuring your chest, waist, and hips to compare against our specific garment measurements for the best fit.
What is your return policy for seasonal items?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. However, during peak seasons like Halloween, costumes must be returned at least 7 days prior to the holiday. Items must be unworn, in their original packaging, and include all accessories.
How long does shipping take for last-minute orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For last-minute needs, we offer Expedited and Overnight shipping options at checkout. Please note that processing times may increase slightly during the month of October.
Are the accessories shown in the photos included?
Each product description includes a 'What's Included' section. Generally, base outfits are included while props like wigs, weapons, and shoes are sold separately unless explicitly stated in the kit description.
How should I clean and store my costume?
Most costumes are made of delicate materials and are 'Dry Clean Only' or 'Hand Wash Cold.' We recommend steaming rather than ironing to remove wrinkles. Always store your costume in a cool, dry place inside a garment bag to preserve the fabric and details.
